My wife has PMR for about 3 years and we are learning as much about it as we can. I will be available for consultation or just for chatting to discuss this issue. Let's learn from each other...

Seven years ago I was found to have PMR. I was diagnosed by taking 20 mg of prednisone. "If your pain goes away you have got the disease!" said the internist that perscribed the steroid.

What a diagnostic tool!

I am now in heart failure due, I am told. because I took prednisone for so many months.

When will we have some "experts" in this field?
